Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to and including seven days prior to an event will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded. Participants canceling with less than seven days notice prior to an event will be unable to transfer to another Orata or Queensland Business Women event.
Bookings paid for by direct deposit or cheque
Bookings paid for by direct deposit or cheque are secure only when payment has been received and funds cleared. Please quote your Invoice Reference Number as detailed under Invoice Details on your Event Registration Invoice when making your direct deposit.
Name badges
Name badges for guests attending will be finalised 48 hours prior to an event. Any requests for alterations after this time will not be guaranteed.
Delivery of goods/services policy
Successful processed payment of event registration is generated by an automatic e-receipt. If you have paid successfully, as notified on screen, but have not received your e-receipt, please contact us after a period of 12 hours.
If the event is sold out, a 'sold out' notification will appear on the website and processing of registrations for that event will automatically cease.
If the event is cancelled, a full refund applies. Notification of cancellation of registered event will be processed via the email address received from registering guest
