The event plan
Our event plan will explain what will happen when – together with an itemised budget.   This level of detail will give you peace of mind.

Action
Once the event plan is approved, we will methodically work through it – keeping you informed.  If there are any aspects of the event that you or members of your staff would like to organise, Orata is happy to assist where needed.

After the event
Once the event is finished, we will seek feedback from your guests by sending out a thank you email to them.  Of course, your own opinion of the event will also be sought and discussed.
